  • Which sales channels does VistaNova integrate with?

VistaNova currently offers integration with sales channels, including Shopify and Wix. You can read the integration instructions in the next part. In the near future, integration with other platforms will be available.

  • What happens after integrating with VistaNova?

After integration, you’ll be able to publish products you designed with VistaNova to your online store available for purchase by your customers.

When someone places an order from your online store, it’ll automatically be sent to VistaNova. Please keep in mind that currently, we do not provide automatic payment transfer, and you need to complete the payment manually on VistaNova. After payment is received and confirmed, the order will be sent to production and shipped to your customers.

Most of the work is taken care of by us, and you only need to focus on boosting sales and keeping your customers satisfied.

  • How do I set up the product’s retail prices?

In order to set up product prices, you’ll need to log in to your account on the sales platforms.

Please be aware that you will need to markup the prices in your account in order to reflect your expected profit from sales, as it will sync our base product prices.

For example, the base price covers our fees and manufacturing costs. Your markup will be the amount you want as profit, and the retail price is the combined base price and markup. The retail price is what your customers will see in your online store.

  • What happens when an order comes in?

When a customer purchases a product in your online store, the order will be automatically sent to VistaNova.

However, we cannot process the payment directly from your chosen sales platform. Therefore, when an order comes in, you need to complete the payment manually on vistanova.com.

After payment is received, the order will be sent to production.

Once the order is completed and shipped, its tracking information will be automatically updated in your Dashboard.

Shopify

  • How can I integrate my Shopify store?

You can integrate your Shopify store with VistaNova either from your Shopify app or directly on vistanova.com.

Integrating from Shopify

  1. Open the Shopify app store by clicking on “Apps” → Visit the Shopify App Store.
  2. Search for “VistaNova” to find our app.
  3. Next, click “Add App” and then “Install App” to proceed.
  4. Sign up with your email address to start using our app integrated with Shopify, or log in to vistanova.com if you already have an account.

Integrating from vistanova.com

From your Dashboard, click “Stores”, “Connect Shopify Store”, and follow the prompts. You can connect to more than one Shopify store.

  • How do I sync my products to Shopify?

From your Dashboard:

  1. Click “Merch”.
  2. Select the product you want to add to your Shopify store by checking the box.
  3. Click “Add to Store”. You can edit the product title, select different sizes and colors, and edit the product description. To finalize, click “Add to Store”.
      Note: You will need to edit product prices in your Shopify account to reflect your expected profit margin, as our base product price will be synced.
  4. The product is now visible in your Shopify store.
  • How do I set up delivery for my Shopify store?

You need to log in to your Shopify account to set up delivery.

Wix

  • How can I integrate my Wix store?

You can integrate your Wix store with VistaNova either from your Wix app or directly on vistanova.com.

Integration from Wix

  1. Open the Wix app store by clicking on “Apps” → Visit the Wix App Market.
  2. Search for “VistaNova” to find our app.
  3. Next, click “Add to Site” to proceed.
  4. Sign up with your email address to start using our app integrated with Wix, or log in to vistanova.com if you already have an account.

Integration from vistanova.com

From your Dashboard>Stores , click “Add New Store”, then the button “Connect” below Wix, and follow the prompts. You can connect to more than one Wix store.

  • How do I sync my products to Wix?

From your Dashboard:

  1. Click “Merch”
