We can ship to most countries and areas from our facilities. We can get you your order quickly and safely.
We accept orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders entered into our Site will then be processed and shipped out from our facilities. Orders shipped by us are limited to a single shipping address per order and will be shipped via 3rd Party Carriers unless otherwise specified.
Please note additional processing time will be added during the holiday season and Shopping Festival.
If the merchandise selected is not currently available, Vista Nova Customer Care will contact you by email. When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by you.
Vista Nova is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Once your claim has been filed, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with information regarding your situation and your claim number.
